Why can the "shoulder active bar" also improve back pains?
Back pains result from bad posture in 6 out of 10 cases. The doctor will quite often certify that there is no damage to the back and that the back pains come from bad posture. Strictly speaking, back pains often arise from our constantly trying to keep straight, like many people have drummed it into us, according to the motto: “keep straight, chest out, shoulders back”!
To illustrate: If you are now sitting in front of the monitor with more or less hanging shoulders as always, then sit up straight for 1 or 2 minutes, “chest out, shoulders back”! Do you notice what happens? The whole back from top to bottom is tense. Almost all of the back muscles are hard and stay that way as long as you try to keep up this upright position
Every person tries to keep himself straight and tries to do this without noticing. No wonder, if at some point in time the whole muscular system cramps up hopelessly and chronic back pains occur, even though the back itself is completely alright.
With the help of the “shoulder active bar” you specifically alter the muscular system of your shoulder, which will fundamentally change your posture. Within the first weeks of exercising 2-3 times a week, 20 minutes each, you will notice a definite change. You will actually feel the progress in change after every unit of exercise and “bring your shoulders into a new position” within about 8 weeks. That means that you will no longer have to tense the muscles required to pull back your shoulders. These muscles will have become much shorter due to strengthening with the shoulder active bar, positioning the shoulders further back! When you then relax, the shoulders no longer fall forwards but stay in an essentially more upright and much more attractive position.
Your back problems will continually improve, as well, or end in smoke.
Increase in attractiveness due to the shoulder active bar? – Of course!
The posture “chest out, shoulders back”, that you achieve thanks to the shoulder active bar can be taken literally. Whether man or woman, it is unchallenged that one “goes down well” and becomes more pleasing and attractive to “the other sex”, if one walks upright. And thus many a somewhat smaller chest measurement will be revalued no matter whether man or woman!).
